Pool just for you
Our Pool Just for You sessions are designed for you to use the pool in peace. Whether it is to allow you to train for a triathlon, to practise without the pressure of others interrupting your session, or simply to enjoy ‘you time’ gently floating in a calm space, the time is yours.
As you will be the only person in the pool area, you must be a competent swimmer and be 16 yrs or over. Book for 30 or 60 minute sessions during the week and at weekend.
1-2-1 Adult swimming lessons
If you are new to swimming, want to learn a new stroke or just want some tips on how to improve, our adult swimming sessions are designed for you. You will have a private one to one session [30 or 60 mins] with one of our experienced and supportive instructors who will focus on the outcome you want – from beginners through to elite swimmers, from confidence in the water, a re-introduction to swimming or a personal best.
1-2-1 child swimming lessons
Our fun focused 1-2-1 children swimming lessons are designed to build water confidence and to develop your child to become a confident and experienced swimmer. Our experienced and supportive coaches will provide your child with structured lessons with fun at the heart of what they do. Our quiet personal space is ideal for children who don’t like the noise and splash of larger pools.
All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and be over 4 years of age. Each session is scheduled for 30 minutes.
2-2-1 child swimming lessons
For families, a shared session with one of our coaches may be ideal. With all the same benefits as our 1-2-1 sessions, you will share the pool with another child – may be this is a sibling or a friend. To ensure maximum benefit we would recommend that the children are of the same ability levels. However, if this is not possible (we’re busy parents and completely understand the social life of our children is frequently better than our own!), then just give us a call.

Family & Friends
An opportunity for quality time as a family or friends, to have the pool all to yourself. Set the swim current to be as fast or slow as you. Can you reach the other side of the pool when the machine is on max?
A maximum of 4 people are permitted in the pool at one time. Children must be accompanied at all times and be free of the need for swim nappies. An experienced member of staff is on site for your safety (and to mop the water up afterwards!)
Toddler Splash
As parents, we know the joy of seeing your children enjoying the water, but we’ve also experienced the challenges of large impersonal settings. These sessions are designed especially for you and your toddlers to enjoy the warm water, in a private welcoming space. We don’t mind how much noise or splash they make – we’ll mop up afterwards. All we ask is that your toddler is free of the need for swim nappies.
Little swimmers
Specially for pre-school children, these sessions are with our coaches and are designed to build water confidence and to develop the skills of our youngest swimmers. Working with parents, we customise our sessions to suit the progression of your child. Our aim is to ensure that they can swim before they start school and that they actively look forward to sessions.
SEN Swimming
Over the last few years we have taught many children with different abilities and needs. We will discuss with you how we can help your child become water confident, and learn to enjoy their time in the pool. Our quiet and private setting is ideal for children who struggle with the noise and humdrum of a larger, public space. Our sessions are tailored for your child, with our teaching adapted to ensure your child progresses at their own pace.
